Reiki the monkey demon

This is one of the artworks I did for my personal project. I created a monkey demon, that was originally one of the locals, but in early feudal times was sacrificed to the Monkey God. During his last moments all his negative emotions were out of control nad he ended up as a demon spirit. That's also why he's actually wandering through the ruins of the local temple in the search of next victims and monkeys, that could be the source for his energy and power.

During work I was extremly focused on my storytelling and desinging process, because I was feeling that I need to be more confident with it.
